Ingredients

- 2–3 medium-sized potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add the diced potatoes, cumin, chili powder, and oregano to the skillet
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and the flavors have melded together
